Feast of Trumpets

A solemn memorial day marked by trumpet-blowing and assembly.

Trumpets is an appointed day of remembrance and holy convocation. In later Jewish tradition it is linked with the turn of the year (Rosh Hashanah), but biblically it is presented as a sacred assembly day marked by trumpet signals.
